Creating enriching experiences and lifelong memories for every pupil.
At St Albans School, our vibrant Co-curricular programme is central to the all-round education we offer. With over 200 opportunities available to choose from, we aim to inspire every pupil to explore their interests, discover new talents, and take ownership of their own personal journey beyond the classroom.
We believe that co-curricular life plays a vital role in helping pupils grow into confident, capable individuals with a strong sense of self. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every pupil feels valued, challenged and encouraged to get involved. Whether it’s trying something new, taking on a leadership role, or working towards excellence in a particular field, pupils build friendships, develop character, and make lifelong memories through shared experiences.
The programme also supports pupils in developing key skills, such as creativity, resilience, teamwork and independence, that will serve them well throughout their lives.
This booklet offers a snapshot of the wide and exciting range of opportunities available. We encourage every pupil to make the most of all that’s on offer and to enjoy the many benefits that come from getting fully involved in our extensive Co-curricular programme.
