We're looking for OAs who are willing to share their knowledge, experience, and career insights to help inspire and guide the next generation. Whether you're just starting out or well-established in your field, your story could offer valuable perspective to a pupils and OAs exploring their future.
There are two great ways to get involved:
Speak to Pupils – Take part in talks, panels, or informal Q&A sessions where you can share your career journey and answer questions from current students. Your insights could spark inspiration, build confidence, or even help shape someone’s career path.
Become a Mentor – You can now also join our growing OA Connect Mentoring Programme and offer one-to-one support to a fellow OA. Whether it's reviewing a CV, offering industry advice, or simply being a sounding board, your guidance can make a real impact. All communication is done through the OA Connect platform—no need to share your personal contact details.
This is a rewarding way to give back, reconnect with the community, and play a part in strengthening the OA network for years to come.
