IMPROV DRAMA WORKSHOP
Our Lower Sixth Form Drama pupils had a fantastic time learning the art of improvisation in class and during their 'Frantic Assembly Workshop'.
Ridiculous scenarios abounded, from Vin Diesel (Fast & Furious) and Mary Berry (The Great British Bake Off) co-hosting the news, to an imagined episode of Love Island for dentists.
Pupils reached new heights during the ‘Frantic Assembly Workshop’, learning how to safely lift pupils and move them around the space. Pupils also worked on their physical storytelling by observing how slowing down movement and incorporating eye contact can change the meaning of an encounter from, for example, agressive to loving.
