Bike Ride and Bake Sale for WhizzKidz
The staff team once again beat the pupils by a margin of 13.5km whilst the rest of the School watched and ate muffins and cakes!Crowds gathered throughout the day to cheer on their peers, but the largest audience was reserved for the final show-down between the Headmaster and the Head of School…Money raised from the Bike Ride and Cake Sale is going to @whizzkidzuk, a charity supporting young wheelchair users.
First Form Blindfold Lunch for Orbis
“Where's my fork!?” and “Argh I dipped my fingers in beans!” were just some of the phrases heard around the Refectory last Friday as the First Form attempted to eat their lunch blindfolded.
This creative event was the brainchild of First Form pupil Rex in aid of Orbis, a charity which focuses on preventing and treating eye-blinding diseases. In total, £94.14 was raised.
