HIGH SHERIFF CEREMONY AND A LUNCHTIME CONCERT
The 17 April marked the Declaration of Annie Brewster as the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire at St Albans Cathedral, and our brilliant brass players were invited to contribute to the ceremony. They performed very well, playing a newly commissioned fanfare written by our very own Teacher of Music, Mr Craig!
Upper Sixth Form pupil Peter has reached the final of the Watford International Piano Competition where he will be competing against finalists from all over the world.
In preparation for the final, Peter performed his pieces in an amazing 30-minute lunchtime concert, much enjoyed by pupils and staff.
