SENIOR HOUSE DRAMA COMPETITION

There was an impressive set of plays at our recent Senior House Drama competition.Inspired by a New Yorker magazine cover, our senior Drama pupils spent the day writing their own plays and staging them with lights and music. In the evening, their final performances followed stories of New York gangsters, a cult called 'Sunshine Limited', a mentally spiralling job hunter and a symbolic social commentary featuring a sadistic President of the United States.

Actress Annette Yeo was invited to judge, marking pupils on use of dramatic techniques and acting ability. Best team performance went to Hawking House and best stand-alone performance to Teni (Hampson House).
