FOUNDERS' DAY

We celebrated our annual Founders' Day on 1 July. Guests, parents, pupils and staff were welcomed to the Abbey by the Very Reverend Jo Kelly-Moore, Dean of St Albans for the commemoration service. The sermon was delivered by Reverend Jonny Lloyd, Vicar of St Michael's in St Albans.Readings were given by the Headmaster and Mrs Jessica Drucker (departing Teacher of Drama), and hymns and prayers were accompanied by our School choir and musicians. The afternoon provided an opportunity for sports and games entertainment at Woollams, including a keenly contested ‘lads vs dads’ cricket tournament.
