CAREERS IN AI EVENING
On Monday 14 October, the School hosted a Careers in AI information evening for parents and pupils. Michael Hollins (OA 2012), Jason Leigh (OA 2008) and Chris Kelly (OA 2002) delivered fascinating talks in which they explored how generative AI is revolutionising academia and the workplace whilst reflecting on their individual career journeys to date.
Their presentations were followed by an interactive and highly informative Q&A with the audience. Key points included encouraging students to explore AI and how it intersects with areas of personal interest and the ways in which AI will augment jobs in the future.
The next in-person Careers Information Evening for parents and pupils is on Tuesday 18 March and will explore pathways into careers in Medicine.
