CROSS COUNTRY REGIONAL FINALS AND NETBALL

Cross Country: Regional Finals

The Senior Boys' cross-country team qualified through to the Hertfordshire rounds for the English Schools Cross Country Cup and travelled to Dulwich College for the London area final. The team of four started brightly on the 5.4 km course and all contributed to post a competitive score. Ethan paced himself efficiently and worked his way through the field to finish in 19^th place individually. He was closely followed by Mylo who tailed him in by two places, with Hugo finishing in a creditable 26^th position and Lucas finishing around halfway down the field in 44^th place. The team acquitted themselves very well and were close to qualifying for the national finals.

Netball: SAS VS Beaumont School

Our recent netball game against Beaumont School was incredibly close, with the teams tied at halftime. A formation change created problems, leaving our team flustered and forcing expensive errors in the third quarter.

There's plenty to work on for the rest of the term, but it was fantastic to see some huge steps forward in every aspect of their game and performance!
