After a long coach journey, Third Form pupils were thrilled to arrive in the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Wasting no time, they jumped straight into orienteering challenges that tested their navigation and teamwork skills. After dinner, the excitement continued as the boys took part in a lively game of Infection in the maze of tunnels beneath the building, followed by some football and free time outdoors to unwind.
The adventure continued with a full Mountain Activities Day. The pupils hiked to a local peak, enjoying breathtaking views along the way. They then tackled a range of challenges including climbing, abseiling, and the ever-popular weaselling, crawling and squeezing through rocky passages with great enthusiasm.
Back at the centre, the group had a great time wrestling in sumo suits and honed their communication skills by guiding blindfolded partners through a tricky obstacle course. They ended the week on a high; moving through an obstacle course in the high ropes and enjoying some rafting.
The trip has been packed with adventure, teamwork, and laughter - a memorable experience for all involved.
