Congratulations to our pupils for their fantastic performance of Daisy Pulls It Off by Denise Deegan, which took place at New Place, Gallery on Tuesday 1 July. With two fantastic shows, the cast impressed audiences with their energy, timing, and commitment.
Set in the 1920s, the play follows Daisy Meredith, the first scholarship student at Grangewood School for Girls, as she overcomes class prejudice, solves a mystery, and wins over her peers. The cast brought the story to life with charm and confidence, delivering an engaging performance.
Pupils will be taking the show to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, with performances scheduled across three days. This is a wonderful opportunity for the cast to share their work with a wider audience, and we’re incredibly proud of their achievement. Well done to everyone involved!
