PRIZEGIVING
Earlier this week, we came together in the beautiful surroundings of St Albans Cathedral for our annual Prizegiving ceremony, a special occasion to celebrate the achievements of our pupils. The evening shone a light on excellence in academic progress, dedication to co-curricular activities, and the many ways our School values are brought to life each day.
We were warmly welcomed by Mr Neil Osborn, Chair of Governors, and uplifted by an inspiring address from Headmaster Mr Joe Silvester. A musical highlight of the evening was Alex (Lower Sixth Form) performing Saint-Saëns’ Cello Concerto No. 1 in A minor, Op. 33 with great talent and poise. Prizes were then presented by HM Lord-Lieutenant Robert Voss, honouring the hard work, determination, and successes of our current pupils and recent leavers.
It was a truly joyful celebration of talent, perseverance, and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making the evening so memorable.
