Chamber Music Concert
On 2 February pupils performed in the Chamber Music Concert. It was a fantastic night filled with amazing performances. Highlights were a complete performance of a Haydn Piano Trio in G Major. We normally feature separate movements but the Third and Fourth Form group performed the whole piece wonderfully. Another memorable rendition was the performance of two movements of Schubert’s Trout Quintet, one of the most notoriously tricky pieces of chamber music in the classical repertoire, which the performers played admirably!
