Hylocomian Theatre Trip

12 students went to see Robert Icke's dramatic adaptation of Sophocles' Oedipus Rex, with Mark Strong demonstrating his unwavering determination to uncover the truth about his identity and his tendency to physical anger that leads to the horrific unravelling of his seemingly perfect life.

Starry night

The AstRo Club enjoyed a Stargazing evening at Bayfordbury Observatory. Pupils engaged in an interactive astronomy talk, a planetarium show, and a tour of the telescopes.

Latin Trip to Verulamium Museum

Second form Latinists enjoyed a local trip to Verulamium Museum where they explored unearthed Roman mosaics, learned about Roman villas and had the opportunity to dress up as a senator, an artisan, a farmer or a slave.
